Given the recent COVID-19 concerns, we just wanted to let you know we have taken the standards to the next level. As always, the sauna will carefully sanitized after each use and public surfaces including door handles and benches will be cleaned more regularly.

We kindly ask any clients who are unwell, or who have recently returned from overseas, obey the 14-day self-isolation period and reschedule their appointments.

Unlike traditional saunas which operate at extremely harsh temperatures, infrared is a gentle, soothing and therapeutic heat that promotes relaxation and improved sleep 💤
