Aged, Community & Disability Network

Aged, Community & Disability Network ACDN provides a "network of experts" to the aged care, community care and disability sectors.

We are a member services organization for people who work in aged care. Our aim is to help build a sustainable aged care industry with a great customer experience. Aged Care is one of the fastest growing industries in Australia, yet it struggles to attract and retain quality people to the sector. To underpin that necessary growth in people, we’ve designed a member services organization. Based out of Melbourne, we are rolling out a national cloud based platform. We predominantly work with senior managers of both the NFP and Private aged care groups. Over three months we project manage the implementation of a proven 4 Step Method that helps them to attract and retain staff. Helping them to engage their staff, provide a great customer experience and lower risk.

We only get to do as much as we do because of the great partnerships we have built up in aged care.

Our partnership with Microsolve has been a great experience for both ACDN and our customers. So one of the enjoyable aspects of attending conferences like ITAC is getting to know them better. Thanks Melinda Liberato from Microsolve for hosting us during ITAC.

ACDN has a new name!

In recognition that ACDN does more than just residential aged care, we decided to change our name. Cleverly we managed to use the same four letters ACDN, but now they represent our work in the community care and disability supports sectors as well.
