Every practice begins the same way:
with breath, grounding, and reverence:  for the space that holds our becoming and the ancient land that supports us all, these rich lands and waters that have held ceremony long before us.

A Circle of Breath, Movement & Meditation
Thursday 23 October, 7.30pm-8.15pm

Through breathwork, movement, guided meditation, and ritual, we explore the body as a living bridge between the physical and the spiritual. The practice draws from Tibetan Buddhism, Qigong, Jungian psychology, Kundalini Yoga, shamanic teachings, and shadow work. Steven creates for us a multidimensional journey of healing, empowerment, and self-discovery.

Today we meet the Spring Equinox, Solar Eclipse and a New Moon
🌙 A rare alignment of balance and beginnings inviting us through a gateway of renewal.

🌿 Just as day and night meet in harmony, we too can pause, reset, and choose what we’re ready to grow. The equinox reminds us of equilibrium, light and dark, rest and action, inner world and outer growth. It is always a good time to honour change, balance, and the need to do something new. It could be a small shift; any change will have significance.

🌑 The new moon whispers of renewal, planting seeds and fresh intentions for the life we’re ready to call in.

🚪 The entrance to our studio is an invitation to step into new beginnings, to embrace growth, and to move toward the light of a new season.

Yoga can actually make you feel better — fast.
Not in a vague, good vibes kind of way. But in your brain chemistry literally shifts kind of way.

Studies show GABA levels (the neurotransmitter that helps calm the nervous system) increase after just one hour of yoga.
That means even a single class can help ease anxiety, lift your mood, and bring you back to yourself.
