I attended David The Medium’s 22 Minute Manifestation last night and it was the best! Ticked all the boxes: insightful, powerful, entertaining.

Honestly, look at the smiling face - such an awesome human.

If you haven’t attended one and manifesting is your jam, I recommend attending. They’re affordable and only take up 30 minutes of your day.

This one is especially for the mums.

Between now and the end of the year I’d like to run a bars class for the mums. It’s an opportunity to connect with like minded mums, get some much needed you time to relax all while learning new tools you can take home to use with your family. Bars classes are the most laid back “training” I’ve ever attended. It’s pretty much all chatting, relaxing on a bed or reclining chair and eating.

I know it’s difficult to find a day to yourself so I haven’t picked a date for this class. If you’d like to attend, please let me know when you could be free and I’ll make it happen. If you know a mum who would benefit, please spread the word.

Setup and ready for my client this morning.

I have Access Bars appointments available for young people. I keep these affordable for families and I hold a current Working With Children Check. Young people are my passion. When I’m not running bars, I work for a not-for-profit developing well-being programs for young people. I’m also a registered teacher 😊

I’ve had this gratitude journal since 2016 and I’ve stopped and started with the daily practice many times. I’m currently on my longest streak at 20 days.

Gratitude gets talked about a fair bit and for good reason. The act of practicing gratitude is a really simple way to train your brain to focus on the positives which in turn leads to increased feelings of happiness. When we consciously put effort into learning something new or in the case of gratitude, consciously put effort into focussing on the positives in life, we’re building and strengthening neural pathways in the brain that become unconscious habits. What does that mean? It means that in time you’ll notice the positives without effort.

You might have experienced this effect in your life when you’ve got a new car. Suddenly, you might have noticed you start seeing that make and model of car everywhere. Or maybe you start seeing cars the same colour. Your brain is unconsciously noticing them.

By finding a few minutes at the start and end of every day to focus on 3 things I’m grateful for, I’m starting and ending my day feeling positive and I’m really enjoying it.

Anyone else feel like they went into hibernation mode over winter?! I can't tell you how excited I am to have the sunshine and warmth back - it's motivated me!

With my newly returned motivation, bars classes are back! Woohoo! Come and join me on the 14th October for what I know will be a day filled with warmth, relaxation, and laughs.

As the dust settles and a routine returns to our lives post holiday mode, I realise I’ve been dreadful at social media but I’m still here, still seeing clients and offering sessions. I’m thinking I might run a bars class in late February too.

From the 1st April I’ll be away travelling around parts of Australia until mid-June so if you’re wanting a session February and March are the time to book!

I’ve just completed 4 days of Access Foundations in New Zealand and it’s been magical. I feel like I’ve learnt so much to help me but also my clients. I’m super excited to be able to offer body processes when I return.

Having your bars run clears thoughts, feelings and emotions where a body process works on the physical body.
