I established Starlight Wellness Centre in 2014, inspired by many years of searching, study, practice and dreaming and my desire to make a greater contribution.
My 25 years in corporate, occupational and natural health and wellness, personal and professional development and leadership inspired me to start Starlight. My years in people development in traditional positions showed me that what was on offer for people seeking change wasn’t enough, it didn’t work, it didn’t match what I saw people struggling with. I could not facilitate the change that was possible in the traditional roles I fulfilled.
On my personal journey I was searching for something ... happiness, peace, ease, something I knew existed even though I had only had fleeting moments of it. I am a seeker, a life long learner, a curious person who is intrigued by many things. Although I have always been that I also used to be frustrated, annoyed, exasperated, tired and I always on the edge not really fitting in. That is no longer who I am and it doesn’t have to be who you are either.
When I committed to my life, everything changed. My request for more created more. Although I was happy I knew there was more and I knew that the Universe would have my back, if I did. I knew that what I was asking for would show up in a way I could not anticipate and that it would all be OK. I asked: What would it take for my life to be bigger than I could never imagine? What energy space and consciousness can me and body be to be happier than I have never imagined? I dare you to ask these questions with the curiosity and wonder of a small child! The universe is waiting for you to ask for assistance, did you know?
I have learnt many different health, healing and wellness modalities and today in my practice I use my gifts, awareness, tools and techniques to create consciousness. What that means to me is shining light on the dark places in your life where you may not realise that you are judging you, making yourself wrong and not being yourself. Your gifted and you playing small benefits no one, least of all you. I know because I was operating from being less than my phenomenal self for such a long time. I have no words to describe the gratitude I have for me for never giving up. I know that peace and joy and wonder is available to you too!
The consults that I offer include all of you ... even what you might consider are the messy bits. Someone wise said “Life is the messy bits!” What I have come to know is that in all of our efforts to be perfect we have all been less than that. Whee what at a relief! So what is beyond judging yourself for not being perfect in other people’s eyes and always trying to get things right and pleasing everyone else? Peace, happiness and self care!
Who benefits from my consults, clearing sessions, courses and coaching?
Some people wait until their life is unbearable before they change and others know it’s time. They say ...this is my life and I am going to make the most of everyday. You don’t have to be at your wits end to benefit from my services. All of the people that come and see me know that there is more and they know when to do things alone and when to get assistance.
Some clients get all they require from a Consciousness Facilitation session and others identify that they desire much more, they are ready for change. I offer a range of personalised empowerment services and training, including: clearing past life contracts; coaching programs that reveal the origin of the limitation/s you are facing and an opportunity to learn pragmatic tools for destroying and uncreating the limitations you have learnt from living in this reality or have brought through from your past lives or in your DNA. Many of my client’s programs include a combination of coaching and Access Bars or Body Work Sessions. This combination destroys the energetic structure of the limitations that are locked in the body and allows you to receive care and nurture that you may not have let in because you were so busy attending to everyone else’s needs first. You can expect that the incessant mind chatter that you have lived with will cease and with the new tools that you learn you will have clarity and an ability to use your gifts and capacities to course correct and create where you are living.
Because you have a physical body we can look at how you can best support your body so that you are giving your body the nutrition it requires to create greater ease. You don’t have to deteriorate physically when you communicate effectively with your very clever body. For this reason I sell water filters so that your body is hydrated and can clean itself and rejuvenate.
What consults, treatments, training and coaching is available?
Access Consciousness Facilitation (a transformation session utilising a holistic approach)
Knowing what’s contributing to or getting in the way of your life goals, relationships, money, career and health can change everything.
I use my clairvoyant, clairaudient and clairsentient capacities to identify what’s getting in the way for you from this life and reality or your past lives. In these sessions we clear what is in the way of you having the ease and peace that you desire. With the release of what is getting in the way you can move forward easily and where your behaviour is perpetuating the issue you find no need to shoot yourself in the foot (undermine yourself any more). The next steps for creating happiness and really living are more evident after these sessions because you can access what you know to be correct and true for you.
Past Life Clearing
I offers past life clearings to assist people who are stuck and unable to move forward from the restrictions of the past life agreements they have made and the relationship or role obligations they vowed and declared to fulfill. Past life decisions can restrict every area of your life (without you knowing) and find you doing too much but never being peaceful or has you putting up with unkind, exploitative employers and so called friends and living in loveless relationships with a sense that it is never your turn and there is not way of getting free.
Where this is the situation I assist in completing past life contracts, clearing entities, severing relationship entanglements and where this results in patterns of disharmony in the body I will suggest body work.
Access Consciousness Bars
The Bars are 32 points which correspond to different parts of your life. When these points on your head are gently touched, it easily and effortlessly begins to clear away the energy locked up in that area.
It allows preconceived points of view about what is possible and not in your life to be released. These view points define your world. Each thought, idea, attitude, decision or belief that is fixed in place solidifies the energy and limits your capacity to change. These changes can occur physically, emotionally or spiritually. Releasing this fixed energy allows awareness and possibilities that were previously unavailable to show up. This allows for exponential change and increased learning and creative capacity!
A Bars session is typically 90 minutes it is very relaxing and for many people it is the very first time that they have allowed them self to receive.
Access Consciousness Body Work
There are approximately 50 different Body Processes that your body may benefit from. Your clever body will know exactly what will contribute to what you are working to achieve. As psychic sponges many people interpret the world by see what other people are like energetically. Unfortunately some people mimic the body, pathways, pains and realities of other people and lock them into their body as if they are their own. The BioMimetic Mimicry Process releases anything that you have bought as yours that simply isn’t and is defining or restricting you. The MTVSS Process is often the process of choice for undoing almost any way the body is malfunctioning. As well as releasing the sources of the malfunction the MTVSS Process stimulates the Immune System and releases anything that is interfering with the effective working of this and associated systems.
All of the body processes are relaxing and nurturing and time well spent investing in your body that does so much to carrying you in the world.

Australian Bush Flower Essence and White Light Remedies
To support my clients goals (where appropriate) I will recommend a remedy or series of remedies because they like all of the tools and treatments create gentle yet profound shifts.
Water Filters and Nutritional Support
Being more of who you truly be includes drinking water that cleans, alkalises and nurtures your body and makes having a body easier. UltraStream water filters, whole of house water filters, shower filters and Carefree water conditioners are available to remove chemical and other contaminates from mains, bore and rain water.
Nutritional supplements are available to re-balance the gut after ingesting chlorinated water and other pollutants in our food that damage gut flora and undermine health. Other essential supplements are available to ensure your body receives minerals not found in our sandy depleted soils. When you give your body what it requires every cell can communicate and easily repair.
Sensitivity to Electromagnetic Radiation and Wi-Fi
Some people experience a range of discomfort in their body and distress in their world because they are affected by EMR and Wi_Fi. It is easy to correct the man made and earth energy disturbances that occur from Ley lines, Curry Lines and similar that naturally occur. I sell a range of phone, car and building harmonisers to remedy these disturbances.
In addition I clear houses, offices and commercial buildings and acreages / parcels of land that have unwanted energies present that have not moved on and may have their reasons and justifications for not wanting you to be living your life the way you choose.
My training
I have studied many different modalities and have gratefully received from all of them. Some of these modalities I no longer use. Not because they don’t work but because I found a more effective way to get results for my clients. I equate this to communication devices, years ago Fax Machines were used and so were Landlines, today although they work most of us don’t Fax items we Scan and Email and we use Mobile Phones. All of these technologies work, however we all use the technology that is most efficient and effective for us and so do I.

Starlight … what’s in the name?
I chose the name Starlight because to me the light coming from the stars illuminates everything and I perceived the high vibration that the stars emit. The infinite number of stars in the night sky remind me that there are infinite possibilities available always. I love that there are so many stars and they are independently phenomenal and yet not alone. Just like you ... you are independently phenomenal and not alone. You have your body, the earth and the Universe that is totally devoted to you. You are not alone and if you are disconnected (a lot or a little bit) from everything that is devoted to assisting you I can show you how to reconnect and be the phenomenal you, you really are!
