Crystal sound bowl healing is a deeply restorative experience that works on both the physical and energetic body. The pure tones of the bowls gently guide your brain into a meditative state, helping to calm the nervous system, release stored stress, and bring the body back into balance. Many people describe it as feeling “reset,” lighter, and more grounded after a session.

Each bowl resonates with different frequencies that support emotional release, energetic clearing, and deep relaxation. I have been living with Multiple Sclerosis for more than 15 years. I have found it very challenging to live with, and manage neuropathic pain for the last several years.
Medications only do so much to alleviate chronic pain before they become less effective, or one just doesn’t want to take so many pills each day.

The Essential healing centre offers a number of tried and true therapies, as well as some new cutting edge alternatives to healing, or perhaps just some well deserved relaxation. I personally have found a number of the therapies here to be very powerful. I was amazed by the positive results after just a couple of sessions. I really couldn't believe how good I felt. Amazing!

I always look forward to my therapy sessions here.
