I had to laugh at this one! My first thought was “wow, how true!”. We know wifi, 4g/5g, radio are frequencies that we can’t see but we doubt the existence of our own energetic frequencies.

For you doubters out there. Our bodies are made up of electricity. Electricity is the movement or vibration of electrons, producing energy.

In the past 6 months I have attended sound baths and i cant tell you the positive impact it has had on my mental health. Anxiety has melted away with the oceanic sounds of the rain drum or the singing of the crystal bowls.

Energy, frequency and vibration all at play in the human body.
