Active EP exists because I am passionate about empowering people to Act Now to Live Better and Enhance Performance in what they to love and are passionate about through exercise and physical activity. We believe that we can achieve this not only by ensuring you get the right type but also the right dose of exercise that best suits you for your specific needs. That is to get the best physiological response to reduce disease, rehabilitate from injury and increase performance. Correct posture and movement technique are paramount within our treatment. We also believe that everyone is unique and therefore require a tailored exercise treatment that we closely monitor, support and guide you through on your journey towards achieving your goals.

We’re so excited to welcome Rach to the team!

A familiar and friendly face to us all, Rach is a much loved member of the Active EP community.

Rach has been coming to Active EP for 8 years! You may have seen Rach around on a Monday, Wednesday and Friday mornings in groups over the years. She always comes in with a smile on her face, and is always up for a chat with anybody and everybody who has been through the doors.

We have absolutely no doubt that Rach will fit in seamlessly here; she embodies our values and beliefs and we’re beyond excited to have Rach join the team!

🚨EXCITING NEWS🚨

Stage 2 of our expansion begins TOMORROW! 🤩🤩

Our additional consulting rooms in Suite 4 are being built over the next 2 weeks.

It will be business as usual for Active EP ✅✅

However, there may be some additional noise and some disruptions as a result of the construction works happening over in suite 4.

We can’t wait to show you our new rooms!!

Unfortunately for us, we will be without Gemma for the next 5 weeks as she travels around Europe 🌎

She’s off today with her partner Charlie for the most amazing 5 weeks of travel!

EP Charlie (yes, there’s a few Charlie’s mentioned here) will be stepping up and looking after Gem’s caseload whilst she is enjoying her well deserved break.

We’ve been blown away with the amount of love and support from our Active EP community with our new gym 😍

It’s been a whirlwind week but the team and our community have been thriving in our new gym space 🏋️‍♀️

The team has been loving creating our new environment for our community, and it’s only going to get bigger and better!!
