West Tamar Positive Ageing Committee The West Tamar Positive Ageing Committee (WT PAC) is the responsible committee of Council for the review of the Positive Ageing Strategy.

House Rules
The West Tamar Seniors' Advisory Group page exists to provide information on Seniors' initiatives, events, programs and news. It is also used to engage with the community, serving as a place for discussion, enquiries and an exchange of ideas. For the most prompt response we still encourage individuals to contact on (03) 6323 9200 or via wtc@wtc.tas.gov.au in order to speak with us directly. In order to ensure our page is friendly and welcoming for all visitors, we ask that you please abide by Facebook's terms and conditions and Council's Privacy Policy. We do moderate where needed and reserve the right to remove certain content such as:

- Illegal or offensive material.
- Material that is unreasonably critical of Council
- Any comments of a political nature

We ask that when contributing your views to West Tamar Council’s Seniors' Advisory Group page, you ensure that you:

- Do not harass, abuse or threaten others or promote hate speech
- Do not post comments that are likely to offend others, particularly in reference to an individual’s race, age, gender, sexuality, political leaning, religion or disability
- Do not use obscene or offensive language
- Do not post repeat comments continuously
- Do not promote anything that may constitute spam, such as commercial interests, solicitations, advertisements or endorsements of any non-governmental agency
- Do not defame a person, people or organisation, or information that is factually inaccurate and may mislead others
- Do not engage in name calling, bullying or personal attacks

We want everyone to feel safe and welcome so we are asking you to be polite and respectful at all times. The West Tamar Councils Positive Ageing Committee are hosting a free event, ‘Let’s Talk Health & Wellbeing’ at the Windsor Community Precinct Riverside. We have six amazing guest speakers throughout the morning and a free lunch at 12.30pm.
