Treatment Method for Tennis Elbow Pain

The first step is to assess the patient's joint pressure resistance to determine the severity of the condition. A cold laser should be applied to the affected area for more than half an hour, followed by a massage to reduce the viscosity of the myofascia and address any nodules present.

After identifying the exact pain points, acupuncture can be applied. Subsequently, an infrared lamp should be focused on the target location for 30 minutes. Typically, three to four sessions of massage, laser therapy, and microneedling can completely alleviate tennis elbow pain.
