Why would you not keep yourself active with all of these benefits! Exercise doesn't mean being extremely uncomfortable, sweaty and completely out of breath - just think about keeping yourself moving!

After a few years in Adelaide I am excited to return home and offer Robe and surrounding communities the opportunity to have access to Exercise Physiology services.
As an Exercise Physiologist I specialise in helping people to prevent and manage chronic health conditions or injuries through tailored, individualised exercise. Where possible I try to make exercise as enjoyable and meaningful as possible, trying to find some sort of exercise for everyone. I will be working closely with General Practitioners and other health professionals in the area such as Physiotherapists, Podiatrists and Dietitians to ensure the most appropriate management plan is developed for my clients.
Some of the reasons people may see an Exercise Physiologist include (but are not limited to):
Diabetes
Mental Health
Osteoporosis
Maintenance of Independence
Heart Conditions
Neurological Conditions
Chronic Pain
Respiratory Conditions
Maintenance of Strength
Improved Quality of Life
Recovery from surgery
Some individuals may be eligible for Exercise Physiology services to be covered or partially covered by the following schemes:
Medicare
Department of Veteran Affairs (DVA)
Private Health Funds
National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS)
If you have any questions or queries please get in contact with me via the details provided below.
I look forward to working with you towards a happier and healthier community!
