Many are feeling the push–pull right now:
moments of connection followed by collapse,
being lifted up then suddenly dismissed,
the confusion of “you’re everything” → “you’re nothing.”

Your spirit is asking for clarity.
For truth.
For peace.

If the negative consistently outweighs the positive…
If your nervous system is always on guard…
If your energy feels diminished instead of nourished…

It may be time to reframe the relationship — or release it entirely.
