Compression garments are a clinical tool.

The fit, the compression class, the fabric - all of it matters. A garment that fits incorrectly can do more harm than good, and with so many options on the market it is genuinely hard to know what you need without guidance.

That is why we offer dedicated fitting appointments at the clinic.
We take the time to assess your presentation, take measurements, and recommend a medical-grade garment suited to you, whether you are managing lymphoedema, lipoedema, or post-surgical swelling.

Herbal medicine and the lymphatic system have a long history together.

Cleavers, red clover, calendula, dandelion - these are some of the herbs that have been used for centuries to support lymphatic flow, reduce fluid retention, and keep the immune system moving.

At Totally Well, we can prescribe liquid herbal blends specifically tailored to you and what your lymphatic system needs.

For clients managing lymphoedema, lipoedema, or general fluid congestion, the right herbs can make a real difference to how you feel day to day.

Herbal medicine works best as part of a broader lymphatic treatment plan, and that is exactly how we use it.

The table is always ready. The question is whether you are 😉

Most people come in once and feel the difference. The ones who get the real results are the ones who come back and not because they’re told to but because they feel what consistent treatment does over time.

If you’re managing lymphoedema or lipoedema, or you’re recovering from surgery, regular treatment isn’t a luxury but part of how you manage your condition and keep things moving in the right direction.

Lymphatic therapy isn’t a one-off fix. It’s maintenance. It’s recovery. It’s giving your body the support it needs to keep doing what it’s supposed to do.

If you’ve been putting it off, this is your reminder.

Ready for you.

One session is a great start but consistency is where the real results happen.

The lymphatic system is slow by nature. If it's been sluggish for years, one session won't get it to a good place overnight.

If you've never had lymphatic drainage before, it's been a long time between sessions, or you're already noticing swelling, you'll need more than one session to start clearing that fluid. It didn't get to this point overnight, and it won't resolve in a single visit.

Here's what most people don't know: a well-performed MLD session speeds your lymphatic system up for the next 72 hours. Coming back whilst that momentum is still there is how you build on each session and start to see real, lasting change.
Regular drainage helps your body clear waste, reduce fluid, and stay balanced, whether you're post-surgery, managing swelling, supporting your immune system, or simply maintaining your wellbeing.

The results compound. Book in regularly and feel the difference.

Lymphoedema is often overlooked but it’s more common than people realise.

It’s not just “swelling” or “water retention.”
It’s a chronic condition where the lymphatic system struggles to move fluid effectively, leading to ongoing discomfort, heaviness, and changes in the body.

The good news? It can be managed.

Manual Lymphatic Drainage plays an important role in supporting lymph flow and reducing symptoms, but long-term results come from a combined approach, including compression and consistent care.

Early support makes all the difference.

If you’re noticing signs or have been diagnosed, you don’t have to navigate it alone. 💜
We’re here to help

Medical-grade compression therapy is not optional when it comes to managing lymphoedema or lipoedema. It is a clinical non-negotiable.

Compression garments and pneumatic compression (SIPC) work together to move fluid, reduce swelling, and support the lymphatic system between sessions. Without consistent compression, progress stalls.

At Totally Well Clinic our therapists are ALA-trained, ensuring your treatment meets the clinical standards set by the Australasian Lymphology Association.

We offer both in-clinic, with garment fitting, rental options, and payment plans available so that the right treatment is actually accessible.

Chronic swelling may indicate lymphedema, a condition caused by impaired lymphatic drainage.

Manual lymphatic drainage supports fluid movement and symptom relief.
However, effective management also requires compression therapy and ongoing care.

If you have endo, you might have experienced this feeling intimately.

The bloating that never really goes. The fatigue that sleep doesn't fix. The pelvis that just aches. The body that's always braced.

Lymphatic Drainage won't cure endometriosis. But what it can do is, it may support the systems endo works against and for many of our clients, that shift feels significant.

Lighter. Less congested. A nervous system that finally gets to rest.

If you've been managing endo and haven't tried Lymphatic Massage yet, this is your sign to explore it.

Our ALA Trained therapists work with you, not just on you. Always alongside your existing care team. 🌿

Lymphatic drainage is what we are known for.

But it is not all we do.

Your body does not experience stress, poor sleep, or a sluggish immune system as separate problems. They are connected, and they often need more than one approach to actually shift.
That is why we look at the full picture.

Alongside your treatments, we can draw on herbal medicine, nutritional support, and lifestyle guidance to help your body work better from the inside out:

• Supporting a nervous system that is stuck in overdrive.
• Rebuilding immunity.
• Improving sleep so your body can actually repair overnight.

Herbs have been used as medicine for thousands of years. When they are chosen well and used with intention, they are not a nice extra but a very potent part of the treatment.

We are not here to just give you a massage and send you on your way. We are here to understand what your body is asking for and help you meet it there.

If you have wondered whether there is more we can do for you, the answer is probably yes.

Feeling sleepy after your treatment?

That is completely normal, and it is actually a good sign.

Lymphatic drainage works with your parasympathetic nervous system, the part responsible for rest and repair. When that system activates, your body shifts out of fight-or-flight mode. Blood pressure drops slightly, circulation redistributes, and stored tension begins to release.

As a result you feel a deep, heavy kind of tiredness that can catch you off guard, especially if you came in already running on empty.

It does not mean something went wrong. It means your body is doing exactly what it should.

Drink plenty of water after your appointment, take it easy if you can, and let the process continue working for the next couple of days.

If you have questions about what to expect after your first session, feel free to send us a message.

If you’re living with lymphoedema or lipoedema, compression is not optional. It’s the cornerstone of evidence-based management.

• SIPC uses graduated pneumatic pressure to actively move lymphatic fluid through the body.

• Medical-grade compression garments maintain that progress between sessions, preventing fluid from backing up and supporting tissue health over time.

Combined with Clinical Manual Lymphatic Drainage, this is the approach recognised internationally as Complete Decongestive Therapy, the gold standard clinical protocol for both conditions.

At Totally Well we offer both, delivered by an Australasian Lymphology Association ALA -trained lymphatic therapists with specialist training in complex and chronic lymphatic conditions.
