🌟 Multiple Support Worker Positions – MND Client (Shailer Park) 🌟

Location: Shailer Park, QLD
Employment Type: Casual or Part-time
Shift Times: 6–12 hour shifts, available Monday to Sunday

Gem Care Services is seeking multiple compassionate and reliable Support Workers to join our team in providing dedicated care to a client living with Motor Neurone Disease (MND).

🧑‍⚕️ About the Role:

The client is non-verbal and requires assistance with:
Personal care tasks
Food preparation
General daily support
Training will be provided by the client’s family to ensure you are fully equipped to meet the client’s needs.

💡 What We’re Looking For:
We are seeking support workers who are:
Experienced in supporting individuals with MND or other progressive neurological conditions
Compassionate, honest, and caring
Able to work both independently and collaboratively with family members
Flexible and available for varied shift times

⏰ Shifts & Availability:
Multiple workers required for 6 to 12-hour shifts
7 days a week availability (rostered across a team of workers)

✅ Essential Requirements:
Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
Valid First Aid and CPR certificate
Manual Handling training (preferred)
Strong communication skills and ability to work with non-verbal clients
