Reflections of Sumba island Indonesia.
Island paradise, Mother Earth’s tropical Garden of Eden. The pristine beaches with rural village life is simple, humble and abundant. The islanders are joyful, welcoming and curious, always a smile to share. All living in total harmony with the earth and all its riches.
The animal element kingdom is truly reflective of its natural beauty- horses (power and freedom), dragonflies (clarity and perception), grasshopper (good luck, abundance, and intuition), eagle (clairvoyance), buffalo (sacrifice) and butterflies (change and transformation)
Family time spent reconnecting by the island’s nurturing magic resetting our mindsets, body and soul. Our hearts are full.

This morning as I prepared I took out one of my favourite tools, my lightbody crystal kit. This kit has been with me since the very beginning of my journey with Transference Healing over twenty plus years ago. Yes, since then my crystal collection has grown both in number and size but this kit always brings a smile in my heart, reminding me it’s not how big or how many but it is the inner purity of one’s intent that shines brightly.
So shine bright from within in everything that you do just as these little but powerful gems already do, co creating the alchemy within all of us.

The Full moon has captivated me since childhood. Its gentle beam feels like a guiding force, reminding me I'm never truly alone. When the moon aligns opposite the sun, the universe finds balance and harmony. As the moon peaks, so does our energy. Emotions swell, desires take shape, and we're reminded of the beauty in life's ebbs and flows.
The wisdom of tonight’s Aries ♈️ full moon is bringing forth a fiery push toward independence and authenticity.

Day 5, 5/10/2025, 20km, Santiago de Compostela
The final stage of our Camino adventure has come to an end, and my heart is full. As we walked together, united as one, I felt grateful for these strangers-turned-friends from UK, NZ, AUS, and USA.
Vito and I were overwhelmed with joy, having achieved a 40-year dream. We've shared an incredible journey, and as we go our separate ways, we'll carry the memories of our Camino experience with us.
Buen Camino, everyone! (maybe not for the last time 🤔).

Day 4, 4/10/2025, OPedrouzo, 20km
We set out from Arzua, singing in the rain, only to shed our coats a few kms in - a refreshing baptism by water for our souls in the Elemental Kingdom of the Camino.
As I strolled through the enchanting forest, memories washed over me - feelings of inadequacy, rejection, and being the outsider. I often lagged, wondering if I belonged. Yet, with tears mingling with the rain, I realised I'm exactly where I'm meant to be - the Goddess welcomes all. I lagged not because I was lost, but because I was absorbing it all, reluctant for the moments to end.
Tomorrow, we walk to Santiago. Until then, Buen Camino.

Day 3 3/10/2025 30km Arzua (Part 2)
We had reached a beautiful Romanesque Town of Ribadiso with a river, with other pilgrims washing and refreshing their feet 👣 in the cooling waters. Vito and I could not resist we stopped took off our dusty smelly socks and boots and plunged our feet it the water, the ooohs and arhsss could heard way down the valley. I was in heaven!
‘Vito’ I exclaimed ‘don’t worry about putting the boots back on, we can walk over the bridge, the hotel is just over there!’
Vito in his replies “Nina, I have a towel, I will dry your feet and legs for you” the thoughts in my head … “past life? Have we been here before? Have we done this before? I graciously accepted his offer. With boots back on - Off, we marched. Walking past historical hostels, restaurant, cafes. cafeterias all frequented with pilgrims enjoying and reflecting on the day that they’ve just had. Vito and I continue to march on, the path getting steeper and steeper! Vito, I repeated over and over again ‘are we there yet? How much longer?”
In the distance we could hear the roar of the motorway… “No way” I thought 💭 “surely after this long yet magical day we would be staying at a hostel with a room with a view of the Galician countryside. “
How wrong 😑 was I!
After the 2km horrible horrendous hike … we reached our destination.
In gratitude and humility we showered, changed and went to dinner.
The ‘Buen Camino’ continues to teach us … keep it simple and live in the moment and all is in divine order.

Day 3 3/10/2025 30km Arzua
This morning was our earliest start 7am in the dark and our longest walk 30km of the Camino. Our morning routine has been set and once again it is all in the detail. Walking gear and clothes set the previous evening, alarm set, head torches charged and water bottles filled and off we go.
Head torches on and off we marched like obedient Roman soldiers with our leader Ander guiding our way. The day was majestic walking through small rustic rural villages with welcoming open churches collecting our stamps. The temperature had dropped - finally! The cool air lightened our spirits and our hearts were smiling, up and down the yellow arrows guiding our way.

Combine mind, body and soul in an uplifting experience through the use of conversation and energy in a protective and sacred environment. The Spiritual Studio offers individual Transference Healing sessions, as well as specific workshops.
Transference Healing is a frequency healing and ascension process – there is no need for physical contact during a session.
It takes courage to start the process of discovering yourself. You have already taken the first step of seeking your answers, simply by coming here. You already own the keys you need to find happiness. It is time to learn how to use them.
Be clear – this is not about finding you the perfect job, bringing you lots of money, the perfect life, the perfect partner. This is about tapping into your soul and empowering you to discover yourself.
What greater gift can you give to yourself?
Transference Healing is a gift.
We know things happen. Life is difficult and challenging, and we all learn how to cope in different ways. But often we act or behave in ways that are habitual – not necessarily good. Through Transference Healing, you will learn new and more effective ways of managing your life and your happiness. Through finding your connection to your higher self, you will grow and evolve.
My ultimate aim is to give you the personal tools to use in your everyday life so it becomes part of your everyday being and you become self-supportive. This is what I personally love about Transference Healing.
You will learn who you are, and how you need to use the tools to make every element of your life better – your work, your family life, your relationships with those around. And the most important relationship – the one with yourself.
