My level 1 Certificate arrived for completion of my EFT course. Emotional Freedom Tapping 🌼
Another tool to add to my collection to help regulate the nervous system, release old thought patterns, reduce anxiety and depression, create a positive and loving mindset plus heaps more.
I love learning things that help us heal and grow ❤️
I feel so blessed and honored to have learnt this new skill ❤️

Just a friendly reminder about cancelling your appointments.
I lose income when you cancel last minute or dont show up and that impacts my livelihood so just a gentle reminder if you give me notice I can try and fill those spots.
