February is done, and what a beautiful month it was.

I travelled south to Lake Moogerah for a facilitators retreat with Maz from Phoenix Rising Academy. It was such a powerful experience — breathwork, energy clearing, next-level Reiki and so much more.

As the world shifts and changes, we’re being called to grow too. My mission aligns deeply with Maz’s work— helping people like YOU step into your highest potential. That means clearing energetic and subconscious blocks, letting go of limiting beliefs, healing old wounds and trauma, and becoming aware of the patterns that keep you stuck.

It’s about breaking unhealthy cycles — not just with others, but within yourself.

It’s time to thrive, not just survive.

This training was empowering and expansive. I truly can’t recommend Maz enough. She’s the real deal — honest, grounded, no fluff, no ego.

A special thank you to Helen, a true earth angel, and to Lynny for nourishing us with her beautiful meals.

I’ll keep learning and growing so I can continue sharing what I embody with those who feel drawn to my medicine. Love And light T 🩷💫

It’s been a little while between posts as I’ve been immersed in breathwork, counselling training, and fully living and embodying the work.

Today, I held space for a beautiful client who was ready to release the past and reset her mindset toward what she truly wants to create next.

As the outer world grows busier and louder, the real work is to turn inward. When we create space within, we restore balance, clarity, and calm. By building your own inner sanctuary, you become the calm in the storm. From that grounded place, you radiate peace, harmony, and intention outward — and that’s where real transformation begins.

Right now, it’s more important than ever to direct your energy toward peace and just let it go and breathe. 🩷💫

🌙 My Awakening and Ascension Journey

My awakening hasn’t been a walk in the park — it has been a sacred unraveling. Over and over again, I’ve had to choose to walk away… from family, loved ones, and friends walking their own paths. It’s been a deep shedding — a release from all the old programs of people-pleasing, overachieving, and pushing my body beyond its natural rhythm.

For years, my mind lived in a constant to-do mode, my adrenaline on overdrive, running endlessly on the hamster wheel of modern life. I gave my all willingly, believing that striving was the way to feel worthy. Until one day — about five years ago — something within me whispered, “What is this all for?”

When you begin to question the matrix — the system that keeps you in survival and separation — you often face rejection and ridicule. You’re cast out, misunderstood, and left standing in the unknown. But that’s where the real journey begins — where the soul starts piecing itself back together.

It takes courage to rebuild from truth, to slow down, to heal, to breathe again.
To live as life is meant to be lived — with love, compassion, peace, ease, and grace.

The old programs of fear, anger, and judgment fall away.
Your heart opens to the infinite possibilities that rise from within the ashes.

Like the caterpillar transforming within the cocoon, you emerge — lighter, freer, whole.
You remember that you were never broken. You were simply becoming.

🦋 You are new.
You are whole.
You are free.

The problem these days is that we’ve been conditioned to live in a society that’s almost non-cathartic—a world that discourages feeling deeply. We’re taught from a young age not to express our emotions. We tell children to stop crying, to suck it up. We tell boys that big boys don’t cry, and girls that good girls don’t get angry.

But when we suppress our emotions instead of feeling them, we don’t make them disappear—we lock them inside.

This is why breathwork is so powerful. It creates a safe space for us to release what has been stored within, to allow the body and spirit to go through a natural process of catharsis—of clearing, healing, and returning to truth.

All of it is triggered through the breath.
This is the power of breath, and why these containers are so profoundly transformative.
