2. PERSONAL CARE
* Our Support Workers will be travelling to your home to help you with your personal daily activities. Services we offer include but not limited to:
- Cooking
- Providing help during eating or drinking
-Mobility i.e. moving in or out of bed and around the house
-Attending appointments
-Transporting you and assisting you with shopping or attending social activities.
- Helping you with bladder, bowel management and menstrual care
-Personal hygiene: showering, bathing, oral hygiene, dressing and grooming
