Tuesday afternoons are for cooking at Compass House👩‍🍳👨‍🍳
Last week, two of our participants got hands-on in the kitchen, preparing ingredients for their class. From learning knife skills to working together and building confidence, it’s about so much more than just the recipe.

Tyson had an action-packed outing with his support worker, Sharon, attending the Defence Open Day at the Heritage Village! The event featured a full display of Army equipment, vehicles, and even bomb sniffer dogs — and Tyson loved every minute of it. 🙌

It was a great opportunity to explore, learn, and enjoy something different — all while soaking up the amazing atmosphere and history on show.

Belinda had a fantastic day out with her support worker, soaking up the fresh air and beautiful scenery at Mount Morgan! 🌳💚

They fired up the BBQ and cooked a delicious lunch before settling in at the picnic tables to relax and enjoy the meal together. After their lunch, they took a walk down to the dam, taking in the views.

These moments are what it’s all about - connection, independence, and making the most of every opportunity! 💫
