We begin with conversation not analysis, not fixing. Just space to arrive as you are.

Using muscle monitoring, your body guides the session. This helps us identify where stress is being held emotionally, mentally, or physically without you needing to relive or explain everything.

Each session is unique, but may include:
• Nervous system calming
• Emotional stress release
• Energy balancing
• Gentle somatic awareness

There’s no force. No pressure. No expectations.
Just support for your body to return to balance in its own time.

My journey to date has provided me with countless opportunities to continuously learn and grow through life’s challenges (which everyone of us is certain to experience).

My own personal journey has led me to dive deeper into the wonderful world of energy. It is here that I have found a passion and respect for energetic healing. I look forward to meeting you when our paths cross.
