I offer in-home support to local residents and online tele-health Australia wide. Hi I'm Tamara, your Clinical Hypnotherapist at Break Free Clinical Hypnotherapy. When I'm not working I enjoy walking my dog, hanging out in my veggie garden, camping, hiking and spending time with my partner, children, friends and family. This year I have been making a concerted effort to get back into reading more, eating more wholesome and home grown foods and just going with the flow of life. For over sixteen years now I have worked supporting individuals and families and as much as they have learnt a lot from me, I have equally learnt a lot from them too. These days I have learnt to value the importance of putting myself first more, owning my voice, facing my challenges head on, taking a leap of faith and just going for my goals....life really is short and can be hard at times, so we don't need our own mind working against us! Small steps lead to great achievements!
