Merry Christmas to all, our family tradition is a run on Xmas morning. Today we started the day with a Xmas park run. Then to be followed closely with champagne, loads of carbs, chocolate and red wine.

Be safe on the roads for all those travelling.

The clinic will be open Thurs 28th and Friday 29th then back into normal hours from 2nd Jan.
