Update: Thursday 7.08pm
I have had 4 bookings come through in the last 2hrs! I now only have 6 appointments left for this year.

Spots are filling up super fast and some days over the next 2 weeks are already fully booked! So if you're needing an appointment before I have two weeks off, this is your sign to do it now!

Unfortunately every so often, someone does the dirty and doesn't show up for their appointment. In today's case, the person booked 6 days ago, directly through Fresha. I made 4 attempts to contact the person yesterday, and one attempt this morning. The person completely ghosted me and I had to make the decision to give the appointment to someone else, not fully knowing if they were going to show up (they did not). Honestly a pretty crappy thing to do, especially considering how busy this time of the year is, but it does not excuse the lack of communication.

I do not want to make people pay a deposit for appointments, so this is the solution I can come up with for now.
