Each package includes:
On Site Studio – We handle all the logistics of set up & set down, so you can focus on enjoying the event.
Photographer & Assistant – A professional photographer and assistant will be on hand to ensure every shot is perfect.
Pose Guide - to assist guests with their perfect pose.
Online Gallery – All photos from the night are provided to you via a private online gallery, making it easy to access and share.
Instant Downloads & Prints – Your guests will have the option to download their photos or receive prints to take home, creating lasting memories of your event.

Roaming Photographer Only ~ $100 per hour
Digital Images Package ~ $150 per hour (includes backdrop)
Digital & Printed Images Package ~ $200 per hour
Additionally, when you book The Portrait Bar, you have the exclusive opportunity to add our Audio Guest Book for just $150 a savings of $100! This is the perfect way to capture personal, heartfelt messages from your guests, creating a truly unforgettable experience. Please note that the Audio Guest Book must be booked at the same time as the Portrait Bar.
