Trish got a lovely surprise when she presented a Growing Primary Care Resilience workshop for the team at Right at Home CQ in Rockhampton on Tuesday. They presented her with a goodie bag, complete with travel mug, scented candle and personalised jewellery box. The team said that they really appreciate her coming to them to present the workshop and thought the gift would help with her travelling.

What a beautiful gesture, no doubt indicative of the care, attention and thoughtfulness they give to their clients from Hervey Bay to Rockhampton.

We had a special visit from Trish at Regional Business HQ who came to our Rockhampton office for a tailored Organisational Resilience Guide (ORG) workshop and ORG at Right at Home CQ.

Trish provided the team with valuable learning material and eye opening information to help prepare us for emergency situations. Along with some delicious nibbles.

The program offers a tailored guide for your team, free of charge, covering critical functions, emergency contacts and recovery strategies. It’s great for use as an easy reference in staff training and works well alongside any existing emergency or accreditation guides your organisation may already have.

Our team members, Regional Client Relationships Officer Sarah and EN / Care Manager Kim, really enjoyed attending this fantastic workshop, where we had the opportunity to connect and build relationships with our local healthcare business.
