For all of our mums to be

Alrighty you ask, we will deliver!! Pre-natal classes are happening!

Now here is the run down of what we are planning for these!

Initial consultations for our Pre-natal classes will be with one of our female Physiotherapist, who hold a special interest in women’s health. They will then write a specialised program for you and for how far along you are in your pregnancy.

Our group sessions are run by Bridget Nash, one of our Exercise Physiologist. She will then write up her own program for the class with recommendations added from your Physio consultation in a collaborative based workout. These will be small group sessions of 6-8 ‘mums to be’ and will be run on a Wednesday morning for an hour class at 7am. Happy to take suggestions on times as this is new to us!

We are going to be running a 6 week block, if you are closer to the end of your pregnancy we can work this to be in the time frame we have before Bub makes their entrance as well!

We will work on maintaining or improving fitness, core strength, strengthening muscles and improving common back pain that comes with pregnancy. They’ll make joints stronger, improve circulation and improve your overall health throughout this journey. All of this helps prepare the body for child birth!

We hope these classes will provide a community for pregnant women to come together, just as much as our Mums and Bubs classes has, where we can all support each other and provide a safe, caring environment to express our thoughts!

Prices for our pre natal classes for one day a week will be $273 for a 6 week block and initial with a Physio, this works out to be $29 per class! Happy to add the extra day if we get enough interest on a Monday morning or afternoon!

The package fee has to be paid upfront to hold your spot. This package can be claimed on your private health.

International Women’s Day

A challenged world is an alert world and from challenge comes change.
So let's all choose to challenge.

How will you help forge a gender equal world?
Celebrate women's achievement. Raise awareness against bias. Take action for equality.

Mummas.

I get you.

You want the best for your family.
But perhaps you're filling from an empty vessel.

You want to do all the things with your family.
But sometimes you just want to do something for yourself.

You want your family to be happy and healthy.
But you lose your own health in the mix of looking after everyone's needs.

You want to be there to support your family and friends.
But sometimes you just want to be supported.

I heard you.

That is why I created the Hype Hub.

Where you can go to get some me time, even if you need to bring the kids.

Where you can meet other mummas who are taking back their self love and creating a supportive group where we can look after ourselves and each other.

In a small group environment where you don't get lost or overwhelmed.

Because I wish someone had created this for me. I did this for you. xx

Come along for a free class and meet us!
