A qualified remedial massage therapist will provide focused treatments on muscular areas of discomfort, aches and pain. Massage techniques including Swedish, Deep Tissue, Trigger Point Therapy, Myofascial Release, Muscle Energy Techniques (METs) and Lymphatic Drainage are applied according to need, feedback and the desired outcome of the treatment session. Penny has a Diploma of Remedial Massage, association membership (ANTA), relevant first aid certification and is recognised by Health Funds, offering members rebates dependent on their coverage. Penny was the Remedial Massage Student of the Year in 2011, and nominated for Vocational Student of the Year at Challenger Institute of Technology the same year.
