Pain comes and goes!!
Are you someone that puts up with pain? Sometimes it goes away and other times it lingers. Pain is a symptom - your body is telling you it’s sore or overused. It may need rest and it most definitely needs some release which can be gained from massage!!
Give it a go…. You’ll be surprised how well massage and the release of trigger points within the muscle helps. 🖤
