New payment policy for 2026 ‼️

If you make a booking and do not pay your deposit within 24 hours your booking will be cancelled .

I have been caught with too many appointments of late not showing up and I have to protect my business from loss of income and then losing a good customer who needs the time slot .

No exceptions sorry. Been caught for the last time and now I’m enforcing it across the board

Our lovely Erin has had her best mate in hospital , and with Christmas upon us, the lovely veterinary staff have begun a Go Fund me page to assist with costs of his operation . Now anyone who knows Erin and Jordan ,will know that their Cat means the world to them .
