🔹 Beginner Reformer
New to the machine? Start here. We focus on the fundamentals, safe alignment, and building your confidence on the Reformer.
🔹 Slow Flow (Formerly Stretch and Flow)
Find your rhythm. This class focuses on smooth, intentional transitions and controlled movements to build strength while keeping the heart rate steady. We include intentional stretching throughout the class.
🔹 Stretch and Release (Formerly Restore and Release)
The ultimate recovery. We focus on mindfulness, deep stretching and release to help you walk out feeling taller, lighter, and completely tension-free.
