Your nutrition should reflect your training load not Instagram trends.

Just because you exercised doesn’t mean you suddenly need sports nutrition and processed carbs.

Most gym sessions do not require:
• Gels
• Sports drinks
• Liquid sugar
• Ultra-processed “fuel”

They require:
• Regular meals
• Enough protein
• Real carbohydrates
• Whole foods that support recovery, hormones and energy

Sports nutrition is for high-volume, performance training.
Long sessions. Big weeks. Events.

General health nutrition is to help you:
• Feel good
• Train consistently
• Build muscle
• Age well

Training is one hour of your day. Nutrition impacts every hour after that.

Energy, clarity, strength and joy aren’t bonuses in life they’re part of living to your full potential.
