Coming up next, we are mastering the "Stuffed Eggplant Boat." 🍆 Participants will learn how to prep fresh eggplant, create a healthy meat and veggie filling, and bake it to perfection with a cheesy crust.

👨‍🍳 Masterchef Vibes at Uconnex: Upskilling Through Cooking!

At Uconnex Community Services, we take immense pride in our Day Programs (Day Options). These aren't just activities; they are purposeful pathways designed to help our participants learn new life skills, build confidence, and have a great time doing it!

Our most recent session was a hit as we dived into the art of French patisserie with a Frangipane Tart & Crepe cooking workshop.

The most rewarding part of the day wasn't just the delicious dessert—it was the engagement! We were so thrilled to see participants:

- Carefully writing down the ingredient lists.
- Taking detailed notes on cooking techniques and "pro tips".
- Asking insightful questions to perfect their recipes.
