🎉 A couple of weeks ago we celebrated our Christmas Party with a night of darts, karaoke, ping pong and plenty of laughs! So grateful for an incredible team who bring their best to work every day — and do it all for our patients. We are so lucky to have these amazing people at GRMD 🥰 It was also an opportunity to reflect on a very busy year full of personal & professional achievements. Bring on 2026!

Last week, most of our teams from and came together for a day focused on growth, connection, and a little bit of friendly competition!

We were lucky to have Alison from join us as our guest speaker, sharing powerful insights on mental fitness and effective communication — key pillars of thriving teams.

After the training sessions, it was time to swap notes for nets as we hit the court for some fun team sports- 🏐⚽🏓! It was often surprising to see who really has the competitive streak 😆

We believe in investing in our people, creating space for learning, and building strong, supportive teams. Grateful for our amazing crew who make it all possible 💙

Many of you will have probably met Ash already, but we’re thrilled to introduce Ash as the new Practice Manager at Greville Rd Medical & Dental! 💚

Ash is no stranger to the GFD & GRMD family — she’s been part of our sister practice for several years and brings a wealth of experience across all aspects of dental care. From patient support to behind-the-scenes operations, Ash truly knows what it takes to keep things running smoothly.

She’s stepping into the role while our lovely Kirsten is on maternity leave — and she’s been doing an amazing job despite having big shoes to fill!
