Our founder, Jessie, is back on the tools, post maternity leave 🤍

She’s opened up a small pocket of time to treat again, just enough to stay close to the work, without going full steam ahead.

A note from Jessie:

Hello beautiful humans, I’m so excited to be back in studio after spending 10 months snuggling my little boy, Rhodes. He’s absolute magic 🫶🏽

I’m now offering one treatment only:
The HEALING by Jessie

It’s everything I’ve always done, just without the labels. Each session is guided by what your body needs on the day, whether that’s lymphatic work, fascial release, scar support, lymph taping, cupping, needling, energy work or simply space to soften and reset.

You’ll find me:
Tuesdays — Rose Bay
Thursdays — Newport

Appointments will be released in 8-week blocks, with new spaces opening on the 1st of each month.

You’re not bloated, you’re backed up mate (lymphatically speaking).

If you’re feeling puffy, heavy, or like your body just isn’t shifting, even when you’re doing all the “right” things, your lymphatic system might be moving a little slower than it should.

Unlike your blood, your lymph doesn’t have a pump. It relies on movement, breath, and free tissue to flow. And when fascia is tight (oh hey stress, posture, life), things can start to feel a little stuck.

That moment after a massage when your body feels like jelly but in the best possible way.

Muscles softened, nervous system settled, thoughts a little slower, breath a little deeper. The kind of loose, floaty feeling that reminds you just how much tension you were holding before.

If you leave the studio feeling slightly wobbly, very relaxed and wondering if you should lie down again, we’ve done our job.
