About the Role:
This is a challenging and rewarding position which supports the entire team in its endeavour to provide outstanding customer service and advice to all our customers. The focus of the business is on the health and well-being of our customers. Whilst all Team Members are expected to work across the business to meet our customers' needs, this role has a primary focus on the retail business.
The Retail Manager reports to the Pharmacy Manager and is responsible for the investment in inventory, minimizing out-of-stocks and working with the Retail Operations Manager to ensure the ranging reflects the needs of the Dural community. The Retail Manager also coordinates all activity around promotional activity, new line introductions and pricing. There will be a requirement to train new employees from time to time.

* A proven and natural leadership style with prior experience managing and developing people
* Strong computer literacy skills
* An understanding of the principles of stock management & experience with merchandising
* Great organisational skills along with strong time management and the ability to prioritise tasks

About the Location:
This suburb is 36km north-west of the Sydney CBD. It is part of the Hills District in north-west Sydney.

About the Offer:
Annual salary $50K to $55K.
