As we enter the final 3 weeks of this DBT skills group round, we’re feeling the familiar mix of emotions that come with the closing chapters — sadness, dread, and the fear of losing the connection that’s been built over the past 17 weeks. 💛

But what remains strong is the sense of community and growth. These amazing individuals will always be part of the Middlepath Allied Health family — their journeys, resilience, and commitment have been nothing short of inspiring.

We are so proud of everything this group has worked through and so grateful to have shared this space together. 🌿
