Weight loss can be challenging to manage, especially after one or multiple births, but also after 35+ when hormone imbalances start to appear because of Pre-menopausal symptoms. Hence, I recently put these two subjects into my pocket to understand factors, discomfort, and obstacles during those stages. I would love to help you achieve your goals, whatever they are.
