Our one and only Sammy is heading off on maternity leave as she prepares to welcome her little one into the world 🤍

Sammy, you’ve been such a valued part of our studio from day one. Your energy, care, and beautiful presence have made such a lasting impact in our community. Your classes will definitely be missed, but we couldn’t be more excited for this beautiful new chapter ahead.

Wishing you all the love as you soak up those first precious moments with your baby. We can’t wait to meet your little one and have you back in the studio ✨

If you’d like to catch Sammy before she heads off, tomorrow will be her final Reformer classes at 6am, 7am and 8am. The perfect chance to show her some love 🤍

🎉 A Massive Congratulations to Alice, our CP Rosebud Your Way Champion! 🎉

Alice has absolutely shone throughout the Your Way Challenge, showing up with dedication and consistency every step of the way. Whether it’s Reformer, Yoga, or Heated Mat, her commitment to her practice has been amazing to see.

Taking out the top spot, Alice is the lucky winner of a 6-month upfront membership, so well deserved! This is a true reflection of her hard work, perseverance, and positive attitude in the studio.

Over the weekend, we held our Community Moves Weekend at CP Rosebud, and it was so lovely to see a mix of new and familiar faces in the studio.

The energy was incredible, classes were pumping, and it was such a fun weekend all around!
