In perfect time for close contact isolation, we’ve bought ourselves a IPF Competition Combo Rack. To say I’m stoked to start the home setup is an understatement!!

I’ll still only be training people at but it’s a good start for any future lockdowns💪🏽

Hey guys sorry I’ve been MIA for a while during this whole lockdown on the socials. Just had to take a bit of a break through the whole ordeal, and definitely made use of no 25km restrictions 😅
Hope everyone took a bit of time for themselves and to explore the great outdoors!!!

In saying that words can’t describe how excited I am to get back into the gym with you all!!! As much of a setback you may have seen it, now gyms are open we just need to keep moving forward💪🏽💪🏽💪🏽

I’ll be back in Monday morning with a big smile on my face, can’t wait to catch up with you all again!!!!

200kg Club👊🏽

Couldn’t be happier with how the day went. Along with yesterday and my previous bench 1RM of 115, this gives me a total of 477.5kg💪🏽

I’ve been working hard for the last year and a half to try achieve this lift, and now it feels like it’s just the first step of what’s to come. The grind is here and I won’t stop lifting, next milestone 5 plates a side 220kg🚀

Squat 1RM day, a day I’ve been long putting off in my lifting life. With no anticipation of how heavy it’d end up, and the help of I achieved a 162.5kg squat👊🏽

To say I’m pleased is an understatement, and we won’t talk too much about the 170kg attempt afterwards🙈

Today’s 130kg Lowbar Squat set 2 of 4. Felt very easy today, just one of those days that progression felt like a deload 💪🏽🥜

For those of you that didn’t know, I’ve had a love hate relationship with squats. One way or another there’s always been a setback, whether it be knee, back, ankle or elbow (yes elbow pain can play a part in a squat). There’s always something. And do you know what helps me get back on track..... MORE SQUATTING, yes it may seem silly but more often than not performing the movement will help in recovery👊🏽
