Always great material hereπŸ˜ŠπŸ‘. I always use a step when performing a lumbar roll. Nice technique πŸ‘Š

Nice technique adaptation. I’ve seen similar adaptation for a standing back to back lumbar lift. Definitely a good tip

Great looking technique. We were taught this one back in my uni days for correction of an anterior innominate. Also seen this technique mentioned for correction of a posterior sacrum and for manipulation at the lumbosacral junction. Sounds like a versatile technique. In my 20 years of practice I haven’t come across anyone that uses this technique as a go to technique. This version looks pretty simple and dynamic. The upper lever tie up seems more simple than the arm through technique that we were taught. I’ve seen this technique with the body banana bent away from the operator and the far foot placed on top of the near foot. This version seems simpler but I think the foot work of the operator to keep his body in the ideal position plays a big part in the success of this technique. I’ll be watching this video frequently to see if I can get more tips to improve my version of this technique πŸ˜ŠπŸ‘

A nice technique. I usually do this one standing with my elbows into my sides with slight internal rotation of the leg and add a tug at the end. Works well. Can also mobilise sitting on the table with your back to the patient and lean away. All great techniques to loosen up the ankle πŸ˜ŠπŸ‘

Looks simple enough. Could be useful. Nice technique to use to avoid any torsional stress to the lumbopelvic area πŸ˜ŠπŸ‘

NAIOMT's Stacy Soappman demonstrates a gapping manipulation of the SI Joint and discusses how to assess if the technique is appropriate for a patient.

A nice looking hip mobilisation or manipulation. I usually use a decompressive leg tug. I can imagine this technique could be indicated if the femur appears to be held anteriorly perhaps due to hip flexor tension. I’ll be giving this a goπŸ˜ŠπŸ‘
