That’s exactly why we created this 💛
If you or someone you love is living with a disability and craving more connection, community, and just getting out of the house this is your sign.

We’ve seen firsthand how powerful something as simple as a walk can be. New friendships formed. Confidence built. Smiles you can’t fake. People who once felt isolated now showing up, moving their bodies, and being part of something bigger.
So we’re opening this up to the Northside Brisbane community…

✨ LST All Abilities Walk Club ✨
A free, inclusive monthly walk designed for everyone; all ages, all abilities, all fitness levels.
📍 Lake Eden
🕗 8AM – 10AM
📅 Once a month (next walk: Sunday 19th April)

We meet at the LST flag, start with a gentle stretch, then walk together around the lake at your own pace. Whether that’s one lap or two, it’s completely up to you. No pressure, just support 🤝

Each month, we also partner with an inclusive local business who comes along to connect with our community and provide something special for those attending, because building an inclusive community takes all of us.

Massive shout out to + .stores for being so inclusive and supporting our movement as our local community partners! You’ll may them down at our walk club sessions!

You don’t need to know anyone. You don’t need to be “fit.”
You just need to show up.

Bring a friend, your family, your support worker or come solo and meet your people.

WHO IS LST SUPPORT SERVICES?

LST Support Services is solely owned and operated by Liam Sue-Tin. With over 7 years experience in the Disability Support industry, Liam has worked with a variety of different people & found a passion for supporting and caring for others.

Offering support services to people of all ages who have a disability or impairment. Liam’s passion is to help his clients reach and smash their goals, big or small, while tracking their progression! Liam has great experience working with high needs clients with challenging behaviours and complex medical needs.
