You may have already enjoyed classes with Carla (we sure have) as she's been moving through the timetable getting to meet you all.
Here are a few words from Carla herself:
"I’m a yoga teacher with a deep love for slow, spacious practices that invite you to soften, listen, and come home to yourself. My classes are rooted in mindfulness, and trauma-informed principles, and I aim to create a calm, welcoming space where nothing needs to be fixed or forced.
My teaching style is thoughtful and invitational. I encourage you to move at your own pace, honour your own rhythms, and reconnect with the wisdom of your body. Classes often weave together long-held postures, breath awareness, reflective themes, and moments of stillness — creating space not just for flexibility, but for rest, self-compassion, and nervous system support.
I believe yoga doesn’t have to be serious to be meaningful. I love blending depth with warmth, simplicity with intention, and a sense of ease that reminds us we’re already enough, exactly as we are."
