Who's been doing the 7-day Chakradance Challenge with Chakradance founder Natalie Southgate? 🙋🏻‍♀️

Today we are on Solar Plexus and it's not too late to jump on board. Over 10,000 people have signed up and the energy is amazing.

If you've missed the last couple of days, you can watch the replays. I highly recommend it. I did base chakra this morning, just what is needed before another day of sorting and packing.

Last night was just beautiful, just what I needed after an extremely challenging week. Sally’s sound bath was just sublime. I could feel the vibrations gently unlocking trapped energy throughout the night.
