Do you have hip or shin pain that’s stopping you from running??? As a physio who sees runners everyday, most pain is manageable. However, if you can’t hop on one leg without pain in your hip or front of shin, you might have a more serious injury 🏃♀️➡️
Things to look out for:
❌Deep ache in the groin or front of shin
❌Pain at rest or night time
❌Pain is worse with impact
❌Sudden drop in performance
