Just had a go on the vibration gun from Hypervolt. As a tool to increase blood flow pre / during / post event I think it would be an excellent tool. As for releasing muscle tightness and fascia tightness I’m not sure its very affective as it doesn’t get deep enough into the tissue. Certainly doesn’t replace Soft tissue therapy and the skill that soft tissue experts have but as a pitch side tool it could be great to save time.
