What is detachment?
😀Detachment is recognizing our feelings without letting them control us.
😃Detachment is letting go of what we can not change and accept.
😄Detachment is choosing how to act rather just reacting.
😀Detachment is stepping away from unhealthy choices or cravings.
😀Detachment is listening without loosing ourselves.
When you find yourself getting anxious or stressed repeat a mantra or affirmation to detach from those thoughts or emotions taking over!
My favourite mantra is the words:
“Let go”
When we let go of what no longer nourishes us we make space to grow and move forwards💜
