Trying to be healthier for myself and the kids x my life is insanely busy and the kids quite often don’t like what I cook, but at least I know I’m putting a healthy meal in front of them. My first maternal health nurse once told me it is your job to put a healthy meal in front of them, It is not your job to make them eat it and it was some of the best advice I’ve ever received x

We are excited to be fielding an U14’s girls team this season, however we do need some more players. We are welcoming girls turning 13 and 14 that are interested to come down for a kick this Thursday 23rd March 4.30-5.30 at our home ground Truemans Road Reserve. Banana Muffins for lunch boxes post dinner and dog food in thermie also! Savings savings savings……and the piece of mind that I know EXACTLY what is going into everyone’s mouth in my home even the dogs! Great easy 2 step recipe given to me by the lady I bought my labradoodle from….another Thermomixer 😆 💥🥰🐕‍🦺🐾 I also add a teaspoon of Sasha’s Blend to their bowl nightly for joint health
