MobiFlex® with HEAT Pilates & Training
This session shows part of how training is approached at HEAT PT.
You’ll see:
• targeted TFL release
• controlled hip rotation in the 90/90 position
• hip flexor mobility and strength
• single-leg hamstring curls on a foam roller
Most people carry some level of muscle imbalance due to daily habits, sport, previous injury or prolonged sitting. If this isn’t addressed, strength work can reinforce poor movement control.
By reducing excess tension, restoring joint control, and then layering strength through range, the body is better supported to move and manage load — both in training and everyday life.
