As you step into the weekend, take a few moments to slow down and reconnect with the present. 🌱

Here’s a simple way to centre yourself:

1️⃣ Pause. Put your phone down, unclench your jaw, and take a slow breath.
2️⃣ Look around. Name 5 things you can see.
3️⃣ Notice. Feel 4 things you can touch — your chair, the floor, your clothes, your skin.
4️⃣ Listen. Identify 3 sounds around you.
5️⃣ Breathe in. What are 2 things you can smell?
6️⃣ Reflect. Think of 1 thing you are grateful for right now.

That’s it. You have just grounded yourself. 🌸

A few quiet moments like this can help your mind and body reset — making space for calm, rest, and balance.
