12 month anniversary ❤️

One whole year since I received the incredible news that my ACL healed in the brace 💪🏼🎉💡

I’m now helping my fourth patient navigate their Cross Bracing jourKNEE. Sincere thank you to each of them for trusting me!

Over the last year; I’ve done extra training with pioneers Dr Tom Cross and Assoc Prof Jane Rooney to become recognised as a CBP trained & lived experience Physio.

I’m now also a Physio listed in the Embrace Study where legend Steph is leading amazing research at the University of Melbourne.

Always happy to chat over the options with anyone facing an ACL injury recovery ❤️‍🩹
